Bad News: Server offline

I just logged into the forums and people saying that the server is offline. So I thought the VPS crashed again. I try to log into Jokerscape official client but its error connecting to server so I knew that the VPS crashed. I log into my VPS Admin Panel and I have a message. I look at the message and it says that my VPS has been suspended.

I think that they made a mistake because i bought another VPS 2 days ago, and yesterday night i sent a request to cancel it. I think that they misunderstood and suspended both of the VPS's. I am contacting them in every single way but it seems to be that they are not available at the moment.

I will keep you guys updated into what is going to happen. If the VPS Provider does not activate the VPS, I might lose all the work I have done and I would have to buy a new VPS and start all over again which I would be so pissed off about.

I hope that they can understand and at least give the files to me.

Update: The customer service is working with me, I think the server will be back online soon.

Update: Now I'm just being ignored by them. I will keep you guys updated if something happens.
