Please read this guideline and follow the Format to successfully report a bug.

Reporting a bug is very beneficial for server, we would gratefully appreciate any reports that may help stop future problems.
Please be very clear when filling out your report.

Please explain what the bug is, Leave a clear description of how, where and when you have found the bug.
